Austin Michael Wealand arrested on multiple DUI and drug charges
Driver stopped in Penn Township tested positive for amphetamine/methamphetamine and faces multiple DUI and paraphernalia charges.
On July 28, 2026, at about 12:50 a.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police stopped a vehicle in the 300 block of S. Main Street in Penn Township and identified the driver as 28-year-old Austin Michael Wealand of Elizabethtown. Officers observed signs of impairment and a blood sample later showed amphetamine/methamphetamine; Wealand was charged with three counts of DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia and three summary vehicle code violations. The charges were filed before Magistrate Judge Stauffer.
