CHADWYCH CONAN MERRELL charged with contempt for violating PFA order

On September 2, 2026 a victim went to the East Pennsboro Township Police Department in Enola and reported a violation of a Protection from Abuse (PFA) order, providing text messages from the suspect that were unrelated to custody or the children’s welfare. The suspect, CHADWYCH CONAN MERRELL, 44, admitted to sending the unauthorized texts and is charged with contempt for violation of an order or agreement; arrest was recorded at 7:50 p.m. Merrell is described as a 44-year-old white male, 6'4", 195 lbs, with green eyes and brown hair. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
