Chadwywch Conan Merrell charged with PFA violation
Suspect admitted sending unauthorized text messages that allegedly violated a Protection from Abuse order, police say.
On September 2, 2026, a victim reported to East Pennsboro Township police in Enola that a Protection from Abuse (PFA) order had been violated. The victim provided text messages from 44-year-old Chadwywch Conan Merrell that were unrelated to custody or the children’s welfare; Merrell admitted sending the unauthorized messages and is charged with contempt for violation of an order. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
