Dani Ruben Ruano Batrez, 22, charged with DUI after Penn Township traffic stop
A 22-year-old Lancaster resident was stopped during a traffic detail on Lancaster Road and charged with DUI; the case is before MDJ Stauffer.
On October 11, 2026, at about 5:37 p.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police conducted a traffic detail in the 700 block of Lancaster Road in Penn Township and stopped a vehicle driven by 22-year-old Lancaster resident Dani Ruben Ruano Batrez. Officers opened a DUI investigation during the stop and charged Ruano Batrez with one count of DUI (general impairment). The charges are before Magisterial District Judge Stauffer.
