Shippensburg woman charged with defiant trespass after returning to Sheetz
Shippensburg Police say the woman returned to a Sheetz after being previously trespassed and charged her with defiant trespass.
After an investigation, Shippensburg Police charged Haily Moon of Shippensburg with defiant trespass (Title 18 §3503(b)(1)(i)) on October 14, 2026. Police say Moon had previously been trespassed from a Sheetz location; the incident is recorded as case SP-2026-3762.
