Haily Moon Charged with Defiant Trespass in Shippensburg
Shippensburg resident Haily Moon was charged with defiant trespass after being previously banned from a Sheetz location.
Following an investigation, Shippensburg Police charged Haily Moon of Shippensburg with defiant trespass under Title 18 §3503(b)(1)(i). Moon had previously been trespassed from a Sheetz; the incident was recorded Oct. 14, 2026, at 11:45 p.m. under case SP-2026-3762 at the Shippensburg Police Department, 359 E King St.
