Elizabethtown man charged with multiple DUIs after Penn Township traffic stop
NLCRPD stopped a vehicle on S. Main Street; a blood test detected amphetamine/methamphetamine.
On July 28, 2026, around 12:50 a.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police conducted a traffic stop on the 300 block of S. Main Street in Penn Township and identified the driver as 28-year-old Austin Michael Wealand of Elizabethtown. Officers observed signs of impairment, a blood sample showed amphetamine/methamphetamine, and Wealand was charged with three counts of DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, and three summary vehicle-code violations; charges were filed before MDJ Stauffer.
