Kenneth G. Caswell, 70, charged with marijuana possession and paraphernalia in Enola
Police say a 70-year-old man found after a fall in a parking lot was carrying a metal pipe and a lighter.
On August 31, 2026 at about 7:17 p.m., East Pennsboro Township police responded to a report of an intoxicated male who had fallen in a parking lot on S Enola Drive in Enola, PA. Officers say the 70-year-old, identified as Kenneth G. Caswell, was found with a metal pipe and a lighter and is facing charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
