Lititz man charged with two DUIs after single-vehicle crash; .273% BAC
Northern Lancaster County Regional Police responded to a single-vehicle crash on Mountain Road in Penn Township on Aug. 10, 2026. Driver William Keith Brenneman Jr., 47, of Lititz registered a .273% BAC and was charged with two counts of DUI.
On August 10, 2026 at about 4:49 p.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police were dispatched to the 2400 block of Mountain Road in Penn Township after a vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree. Officers identified the driver as William Keith Brenneman Jr., 47, of Lititz, and determined he was under the influence with a blood alcohol concentration of .273%. Two counts of DUI — 75-3802(C) DUI Highest Rate (M) and 75-3802(A1) DUI General Impairment (M) — were filed before MDJ Stauffer (case 86-26-06326) on October 5, 2026.
