Man Charged with DUI After Two‑Vehicle Crash on Lebanon Road
Northern Lancaster County Regional Police say a Holtwood man was allegedly impaired when officers investigated a two-vehicle crash on Lebanon Road.
On September 8, 2026, at about 3:46 p.m., NLCRPD officers responded to a two‑vehicle crash in the 1900 block of Lebanon Road in Penn Township. Officers identified 53‑year‑old Ronald Andrew Givens of Holtwood as one of the drivers and, after detecting signs of impairment, opened a DUI investigation; one count of DUI (75-3802(D2) – impaired driving, misdemeanor) was filed before MDJ Stauffer. Givens is described as a white male, 5'9", 125 lbs, with hazel brown eyes.
