Mandy L. Cook charged with criminal trespass and theft by deception
Renovo police say a 48-year-old woman used trickery to obtain keys and began moving into an apartment she did not rent.
Renovo Police Department charged 48-year-old Mandy L. Cook, lastly of Lock Haven, after an August 8, 2026 incident at 1343 Huron Ave in Renovo Borough. Officers say Cook illegally obtained keys through trickery and deception and began moving property into an apartment she had not legally rented; police recovered the key and removed Cook and others from the property. Cook was charged with 3503(A)(1)(I) criminal trespass (F3) and 3922(A)(1) theft by deception (M1); MDJ Keith Kibler set bail at $1,500 on August 17, 2026.
