Rigoberto Flores Alvarez, 48, was arrested Sunday, August 16, 2026, by the Ford County Sheriff’s Office in Dodge City. He faces charges including driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol, violation of a protection order, driving while license cancelled/suspended/revoked, failure to appear and an outside agency warrant. The sheriff’s office lists the incident under "Various Charges."
