Ronald Andrew Givens Arrested on DUI After Lebanon Road Crash
NLCRPD charged a Holtwood man with DUI after officers determined he was impaired following a two-vehicle crash on Lebanon Road.
On September 8, 2026, at about 3:46 p.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police responded to a two-vehicle crash in the 1900 block of Lebanon Road in Penn Township. Officers identified 53-year-old Ronald Andrew Givens of Holtwood as one of the drivers, believed he was under the influence and initiated a DUI investigation; one count of DUI (75-3802(D2)) was filed before MDJ Stauffer (case 86-26-07231).
