Warrant served for Margarita Claudio in $2,048.08 Dick’s Sporting Goods theft
Lower Allen Township police served a criminal warrant Oct. 13 for Margarita Claudio in connection with a Sept. 18 retail theft at Dick’s Sporting Goods at Capital City Mall.
On September 18, 2026, Lower Allen Township Police responded to Dick’s Sporting Goods, 3715 Capital City Mall Drive, after employees reported four suspects took $2,048.08 worth of clothing and left in a Toyota Camry. Investigators identified the suspects as Margarita Claudio, Angelyma Mc Lat Claudio, Yuraimy Hechavarria Villar and Marangelys Mc Lat; warrants were issued on October 2, 2026. A criminal warrant for 61-year-old Margarita Claudio (docket CR-421-2026, reference LA-26-04791) issued by MDJ Delozier was served on October 13, 2026 at the Lower Allen Township Police Department.
