Warrant served for Margarita Claudio in $2,048 retail theft at Dick’s Sporting Goods
Police served a warrant Oct. 13 for Margarita Claudio in connection with an alleged $2,048.08 retail theft at Dick’s Sporting Goods in Capital City Mall.
On Sept. 18, 2026, Lower Allen Township Police responded to Dick’s Sporting Goods at 3715 Capital City Mall Drive after employees reported four suspects removed $2,048.08 worth of clothing and left in a Toyota Camry with a known plate. Investigation identified Margarita Claudio (61), Angelyma Mc Lat Claudio, Yuraimy Hechavarria Villar and Marangelys Mc Lat; warrants were issued Oct. 2 and the warrant for Margarita Claudio was served Oct. 13, 2026 (Docket CR-421-2026, Issuing Authority: MDJ Delozier, Holding Department: Lower Allen Township Police Department).
