62-Year-Old Woman Arrested After Repeated ShopRite Thefts

Loss prevention at the ShopRite on the 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. reported a known female shoplifter responsible for multiple incidents between Aug. 8 and Sept. 12 and later called back saying the woman was concealing items. Officers located the 62-year-old Lower Makefield Township woman at self-checkout and found concealed merchandise; investigators determined a total loss of $271.66 across nine thefts. She was taken into custody for retail theft, arraigned by Judge Kronnagel and released on $5,000.00 unsecured bail.
