Bloomsburg Fair Week — Traffic and Parking Reminders

Traffic pattern changes, closures and parking enforcement will be in effect for Bloomsburg Fair Week; residents and visitors should plan accordingly.

Published Sep 25, 2026, 1:27 PM EDT | Northampton Crimewatch

Motorists and visitors should note key traffic and parking changes for Bloomsburg Fair Week: no left turns into the fair at Rt 11 and Fort McClure Blvd with all westbound traffic directed south on Rt 11 or Rt 42; Fort McClure Blvd will be closed to through traffic from the Covered Bridge to the Fairgrounds (access to the Barn at Boone’s Dam only), and West 6th Street from Market to Railroad will be two-way with no parking allowed on that block. Do not block parking spaces on town streets (authorized town staff will remove items placed in the right-of-way); Parking Enforcement officers will be working throughout the week and both weekends to enforce regulations, Street Maintenance will not be enforced during Fair week (September 25, 2026 through October 3, 2026), and everyone should expect high volumes of vehicle and pedestrian traffic so use patience and extra caution.
