Julian Quinn Payne arrested after South Lebanon Township traffic stop; marijuana, vape devices seized
Police seized marijuana and several vape devices containing suspected THC after a traffic stop for an equipment violation.
On 09/20/2026, South Lebanon Township Police stopped a vehicle in the 800 block of East Walnut Street for a vehicle equipment violation and detected a strong odor of marijuana. The driver, Julian Quinn Payne, 26, admitted there was marijuana in the vehicle; a search produced marijuana and several vape devices containing suspected THC oil. Payne was charged with Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana (PACC 780-113-A31I), Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (PACC 780-113-A32) and Improper Sunscreening (PAVC 4524 E1). All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
