Kyle Matthew Hoyer arrested on defiant trespass charge in South Lebanon Township
Officers say Hoyer refused multiple orders to leave a Smith Ave home and was charged with Defiant Trespass.
On 09/21/2026 South Lebanon Township Police responded to a disturbance at a Smith Ave residence involving 31-year-old Kyle Matthew Hoyer. The homeowner told officers Hoyer was no longer welcome; after being advised he was trespassing and given multiple opportunities to leave, he allegedly refused and was taken into custody and charged with Defiant Trespass (PACC 3503 B1I, M3), case 26-0001307. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
