Kyle Matthew Hoyer charged with defiant trespass in South Lebanon
Police say the homeowner ordered him to leave and Hoyer allegedly refused multiple warnings that he was trespassing.
On 09/21/2026, South Lebanon Township Police responded to a disturbance at a Smith Ave residence where homeowner said 31-year-old Kyle Matthew Hoyer was no longer welcome. Officers say Hoyer was told he was trespassing and given multiple opportunities to leave but allegedly refused; he was taken into custody and charged with Defiant Trespass (PACC 3503 B1I CRIMINAL TRESPASS, M3). All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
